As John L. Scott brokers, our mission is transactional excellence and client satisfaction. That means we work tirelessly to make your home buying or selling process as efficient, stress-free and lucrative for you as possible.
Meet Desireé
In my journey through the realm of real estate, I discovered my passion during my early twenties while working at John L. Scott. Starting as support for the receptionist, I gradually took on diverse roles, from managing physical files to graphic design and marketing. Despite a brief stint as a pediatric dental assistant due to market shifts, my heart led me back to real estate in 2015. Since then, I've wholeheartedly dedicated myself to serving as a REALTOR® in South Washington - a decision that resonates as my true calling.
My philosophy in servicing and representing clients revolves around empathy and a commitment to providing a stress-free experience. Recognizing the overwhelming nature of moving, I make it my mission to alleviate anxieties associated with the process. My primary goal is to help clients achieve their desired outcomes in real estate transactions - navigating market complexities with determination and embracing challenges with a proactive approach.
What sets me apart from the competition is the distinctive combination of unwavering commitment, tailored assistance, and profound comprehension of both my client’s requirements and the real estate market. My aim is to ensure a seamless and effortless process by surpassing expectations. I work hard to establish a personal connection with my clients. I invest my time to comprehend their aspirations and preferences, all while alleviating concerns along the way.
Specializing in Yacolt, Amboy, Woodland, and Battle Ground, I extend my expertise to all of Clark County and Cowlitz County. The three key designations that underscore my commitment to excellence are, namely, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS™) & GUILD™, and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). With me, clients can expect a personalized real estate transaction experience, marked by strong relationships, exceptional market knowledge, and a dedication to exceeding expectations.
Battle Ground
Battle Ground, WA lies a quick 25-minutes north of Vancouver, WA. It is home to those who enjoy a quiet rural lifestyle with a strong sense of community. Battle Ground was named for an 1855 encounter between a company of volunteers from Fort Vancouver, led by Captain William Strong and the Klickitat native, Chief Umtuch. Although the skirmish was settled peacefully, the area where the battle was to be fought became known as, “Strong’s Battle Ground.” True to the outdoor spirit of the Northwest, Battle Ground is close to plenty of forested areas, lakes and parks. Three miles north, Battle Ground Lake State Park is a 275-acre public recreation area centered around a crater lake of volcanic origin. Neighboring Lewisville Park is a 154-acre regional park located on the East Fork Lewis River. The park’s miles of connected nature trails, ball fields and family picnic areas, provide park-goers respite from their busy lives. Battle Ground is also located in the heart of the Clark County wine country, one of the fastest growing wine areas in the region. Here you can experience award- winning wines from Dolio, Rusty Grape, Heissen House and Bethany Vineyards. Come experience Battle Ground Village, with its community library, numerous restaurants, shops and boutiques. Care to stay a bit longer? Battle Ground Village also provides single-family residential home neighborhoods, with apartment and townhome living options, all with convenient access to services.
